I can truthfully saw that Lara is one of the most professional, kindest and hardest working people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing in my life. One of the first vignettes I have about Lara refers to her incredible ethics. I recently completed a decade of medical training, and this spring my husband and I began to look for our first home. We are not flashy people, and initially we felt like we may want to purchase much less house than we could afford just to have a large cash cushion from month to month. As such, we asked Lara to show us houses in a lower range than we ultimately chose to go with. Literally, we have looked at scores of houses, and eventually we settled on one that was much higher. That being said, it was totally our choice and I can tell you that Lara was just as happy and eager to find us a lower priced home than the one we eventually chose. In addition, I can tell you throughout the process that from our perspective, we were treated like we were buying a 20 million dollar custom home! I truly always felt like we were her ONLY client. am a surgeon and I often joked with her that she should have done a residency....she works so many hours making sure people are taken care of. She is a true professional; passionate, informed and conscientious. She used to carry our baby around on tours so we could roam around the house, and even offered to be on diaper duty! I literally knew that between her big heart, kindness, intelligence, incredible knowledge of the market and her ethics she would never allow us to stumble into a bad situation. When we encountered several difficult situations with the seller of the house we ultimately chose, she and her team worked efficiently, professionally and quietly to get the deal through and smooth out all the rough edges so we could get our dream home. Ultimately, her immaculate knowledge of the area, potential pitfalls, and seasoned experience allowed the deal to push through.
