Kayla Ober serves as an executive assistant to Wellesley #1 team Benoit | Robinson | O'Rourke, where her communication and organizational skills support the team’s commitment to superior client service. She has been an integral member of the Benoit | Robinson | O’Rourke team, skillfully managing all administrative tasks, planning meetings and appointments, efficiently handling client inquiries, submitting all necessary documentation and providing logistical support on special projects.

In 2014, Kayla launched her administrative career in the real estate industry. She subsequently served as a real estate paralegal for a top firm, where she assisted in all aspects of the firm’s real estate law practices. Today, Kayla feels extremely fortunate to work with such a respected team of real estate professionals serving the MetroWest area.

Kayla takes great pride in her role as a cheerleading coach at a local all star gym and volunteer cheerleading coordinator and coach for her hometown cheerleading program. She loves spending quality time with her children and has a particular passion for antique shopping.
